The Attics - Designed and manufactured by us, our mobile attics are uniquely designed to be weather resistant as well as aesthetically pleasing. They are constructed of an aluminum skin roof with steel bows to ensure strength against the elements (wind, rain, snow). The side panels are aluminum sheet and post (exterior) with plastic inserts to protect the interior of the walls. The floor is an aluminum track floor, sturdily supported by a steel under-frame to ensure strength of loading heavy items into the unit. The Attics are equipped with “A” tracking system for securing items inside. Our attics can be used outdoors, no need for costly warehousing and storage costs. Our attics can be left with you so that you have immediate access to your belongings without the worry of damage due to the weather.
Loading System - Several of our competitors praise themselves on the systems designed to gently raise and lower their containers off the transport vehicle. They believe this significantly reduces and shift in contents and if all the roads in America were flat, we’d agree. However, we know that’s not the case. The concern with your belongings needs to be securing your belongings inside the attic. Don’t count on a loading apparatus to protect your contents from the hills, curves and bumps in the road that we can’t overcome. Our standard roll-back truck delivery system with a load angle of less that 30 degrees, coupled with secure packing and the availability of strap down tracking will ensure against the shifting and damage of contents during the loading and unloading process.
