- The Attic's are all designed and manufactured by Mobile Attic.
- The Attic is constructed based on the same principles of manufacturing for over-the-road trailers.
- The Attic has an aluminum skin roof with steel roof bows to ensure strength against the elements (wind, rain, and snow).
- The Attic's sides are individually constructed panels of sturdy corrosion resistant material preventing rust, rot, and mold.
- The Attic's floor is an aluminum track floor, sturdily supported by a steel under-frame to ensure strength of loading heavy items into the unit.
- The Attics are equipped with “A” track, a system for securing items on each post every two feet from floor to roof inside the unit.
- The Attic is equipped with a standard roll-up door and has the capacity for use of a standard padlock or cylinder lock.

Loading System
Several of our competitors praise themselves on the systems designed to gently raise and lower their containers off the transport vehicle. They believe this significantly reduces any shift in contents, and if all the roads in America were flat, we'd agree. However, we know that's not the case. The concern with belongings needs to be securing them inside the unit. Don't count on a loading apparatus to protect contents from the hills, Curves and bumps in the road that cannot be overcome. Our standard roll-back truck delivery system, with a load angle of less than 30 degrees, coupled with secure packing, will ensure against the shifting and damage of contents during the loading and unloading process.
Ground Level Loading
